Model TG-71B HTHP Fluid Loss produced by Shenyang Taige Oil Equipment Co.,Ltd is specially designed to measure the fluid loss properties of muds and cement slurries in accordance with API procedures.
TG-71B consists of main body, heating vessel assembly, high accurate thermocouple, slurry cup of high-strength alloy and components such as temperature controller and high pressure manifold. The slurry cup cylinder is made of stainless steel, and the thread “O” ring is used for convenient and reliable sealing connection. The heating jacket in the cylinder is controlled by adjustable temperature controller and the high pressure manifold is equipped with the pressurized nitrogen, or other source that maintains a constant pressure to provide pressure to the slurry cup.
Preparing Fluid Loss instrument and cementing slurry according to API Specification 10 appendix F first. Then put the cement slurry in the preheated cylinder. When the test is done in accordance with API specification, the final test temperature and pressure shall be maintained to make the cement slurry pass through the filter screen(325mesh) to produce water filtration loss .When the cement slurry is completely dehydrated , the value of loss should be measured and recorded .
